From the first phone call to the final result, Lee and Victoria were the absolute BEST! My daughter was running for Homecoming, and wanted a short length dress. I called since we live about 100 miles away, to see if they had any short length dresses. Victoria was so kind and helpful, she even went as far as sending me pictures of the selection they had in stock. The shop was organized and neatly kept. Both ladies were helpful with trying on dresses. When we decided on a dress, Lee made a great suggestion for alterations. They added rhinestones to the sleeves, to not only customize it, but also to give it some extra sparkle. They did the work to the dress in a timely manner, and it was cost efficient. All in all we had a WONDERFUL experience, and would definitely shop here again.

We have had the best experience with Annie's Room! From finding the PERFECT dress to having Lee coordinate our step-daughter's wedding - everything was smooth and perfect! We are so grateful to Lee coordinating every detail of the wedding and being there for us every step of the way. Nothing could have been better!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE WEDDING GOWNS FROM Annie's Room Bridal and Formal in Kingsport, TN. I’ve had a nightmare of an experience and have learned that several other brides in our area are going through the same over the last few weeks. To put it simply: Don’t believe the reviews. It seems things have gone off the rails. I purchased my dream dress and paid in full in February 2023. The date in which the dress was to arrive came and went with no contact from the shop. I called on multiple occasions and left numerous messages. When I’d actually catch someone at the shop their excuse for no answer, no response was “it’s the busy season with prom and home coming.” Excuse me? I paid almost $3k for a WEDDING dress and you can’t even call me back. After weeks and weeks of a promised delivery it became obvious that my dress was never ordered. When I began to inquire about a tracking # for the shipment I got another round of lies and run around. My wedding is 9/9 and as of 8/24 still no dress but plenty of promises that it’d be here in a “couple of days”. I went to the shop in person to demand a refund on 8/25 and was given a check that upon attempting to cash was found to be bad. The owner continued with her lies when confronted about the lack of funds to cash a check that she gave me that morning. It took threatening a police report to get my money back. The owner sited numerous personal issues as the reason that my dress never got ordered. I’m not a heartless person but all of her reasons happened in July/August so no excuse for not ordering a dress I paid for in February. I could give so much more detail on the lies that come out of this business but I’ll refrain. All I can say is DON’T DO IT!

Annie's Room was created from one of the most beautiful and kind families in Kingsport. The dedication and passion that was poured into this store over the years is unmatched by any other company. It is an absolute travesty what has been done to such a well-loved business. As a soon-to-be bride, I could not imagine being cheated and lied to during the happiest time of my life. It is absurd that individuals claim to be business owners but have zero decency or respect for the customer. I surely hope that action will be taken by the owners to right their wrongs instead of spending time with Google ratings.

I starting doing business with Kristie at Annie's Room over 15 years ago. I've purchased prom and pageant dresses, bridesmaids dresses, and more! She always carries an amazing inventory of an assortment of styles with new inventory arriving all the time. I now work with Kristie as I am a wedding and event photographer and she is always the first to help me when a project comes up. As amazing as her product is, her service and passion for the industry is even better! I can't give enough positive feedback for this bridal boutique!
